Hummelstown, PA – Vehicle Crash Into Medical Office on East Main Street (September 30, 2026)

A vehicle crashed into a medical office building in Hummelstown, Dauphin County, on Wednesday afternoon, according to Hummelstown Borough Police. The crash occurred around 12:15 p.m. at the Family Practice Center, located in the 300 block of East Main Street, a commercial corridor that runs through the center of the borough.

Police said the driver appeared to have experienced a medical emergency immediately before the vehicle left the roadway and struck the corner of the building, coming to rest inside the office's front waiting room.
